Elite Apart-Hotel Nur-Sultan

We had a wonderful stay at Elite Apart-Hotel. The location was convenient and the apartment was spacious, clean, and modern. The kitchen had everything we needed, including a washing machine. The staff checked us in early and allowed us to check out late without any hassle. There was a convenience store in the building and plenty of restaurants nearby. The apartment was within walking distance to several attractions, such as the Peace Palace and Kazakh Eli Monument. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

One small drawback was that the apartment had minor maintenance issues upon arrival, such as lights being out and the freezer needing defrosting. the room was a bit overheated, requiring us to open the window to find a comfortable temperature.

Tastefully furnished apartments, modern interior design, well-equipped, good places to eat nearby, convenience store and supermarket on the premises.

The hotel is located in a good area, not in the center but in the international or diplomatic part of the city. Cleanliness and hotel facilities were great. Easy to catch a cab and transportation around the area was convenient. The staff was friendly and helpful.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The location is perfect as it is situated in a great area with easy access to shops and commercial services. The staff was very helpful and made sure that my room was cleaned and refreshed on a daily basis. I also appreciated the convenience of the grocery shopping service. The room was equipped with all the necessities including ironing facilities, heating and air conditioning, tea and coffee making facilities, and a safe. I enjoyed the free Wi-Fi in the soundproofed rooms as well as the in-room dining table. The staff was really friendly and easily catered to all my requests!

The interior design of the apartment was modern and stylish, creating a pleasant atmosphere. The apartment was also well-equipped with everything I needed, making it convenient and comfortable. the location of the hotel was perfect, with several good dining options nearby and easy access to the city's newest attractions.

The taxi service provided by the hotel was also unreliable, as my booked pick-up from the airport did not arrive and I had to find my own transportation.

Convenient location near Shabyt and mosque. Courtyard with supermarkets and coffee shop. Comfortable bedroom, spacious sitting area, modern kitchenette. Nice bathroom with electronic toilet seat. Helpful staff who arranged cheap taxis. Plenty of nearby cafes. A great place to stay for future visits.

The location of the hotel couldn't be better, as it is situated in a very good neighborhood, right in the center of the city. It is just down the street from the National Museum and close to four other tourist attractions, making it convenient for sightseeing. The rooms are spacious and clean, equipped with a small kitchen and a washing machine. The bathroom has excellent shower pressure and temperature. The staff is gracious and offers a smart introduction tour upon arrival.

One downside is that the staff does not speak English well and is not up to date with current registration requirements.
